These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SprintFlow, operated at getsprintflow.co. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

SprintFlow is a web-based SaaS platform for agile sprint planning. It provides tools for planning poker, sprint management, backlog management, and team collaboration for software development teams.

2. Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One organization per email domain on the free trial (domain locking applies).
• You must verify your email address to activate your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use SprintFlow.

3. Subscription and Billing

• SprintFlow offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually.
• All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
• A 14-day free trial is available. Your card will be charged after the trial ends unless you cancel.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes calculated and collected by Paddle.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SprintFlow for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other organizations' data
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Abuse the free trial system by creating multiple accounts to avoid payment

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you create in SprintFlow (sprints, user stories, team data). SprintFlow does not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control (force majeure, third-party provider outages).

7. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

SprintFlow is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
