Refund Policy

💡 Short version: We offer a 14-day free trial so you can try SprintFlow risk-free. For paid subscriptions, we offer refunds within 7 days of a charge if you haven't made significant use of the service.

1. Free Trial

SprintFlow offers a 14-day free trial with full Pro access. No charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

You are within 7 days of your first charge after the trial ends
You have not made significant use of the service during the paid period (fewer than 3 sprint sessions)
You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service and we were unable to resolve it

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Requests made more than 7 days after a charge
Mid-cycle cancellations (your access continues until end of billing period)
Annual subscriptions after the first 7 days
Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email billing@getsprintflow.co with:

Your account email address
The reason for your refund request
Your Paddle transaction ID (found in your billing receipt)

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless you meet the eligibility criteria above.

6. Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle appears on your bank statement as "Paddle.net*SprintFlow". For billing disputes, you may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.
